I think the story itself wont surprise anyone here, especially if youve already seen the Seattle is Dying piece from earlier this year. What I think is most surprising is that its being reported at all.

“KOMO News traveled up and down the West Coast documenting the problem and searching for answers.”
Here’s an answer: stop voting for liberals and start voting for conservatives.
I didn’t need to be told as I easily surmised it but thanks just the same.
Thanks for fixing my link.
It is refreshing how brutally honest the piece is. Theyre openly critical of Seattle city government and their lack of results. Theres no shine on the story.
It's hard to know whether they're talking about Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, or Detroit, Baltimore, Chicago, or any other Democrat run city.
As a very liberal neighbor of mine said when told about the first KOMO expose "Seattle is Dying",
"Oh that's just conservative propaganda!" (and still has not watched either documentary)
KOMO FORGOT THE 4th CITY PORTLAND .IT SUCKS JUST AS BAD ,MAYBE MORE SO !!!!!!
This is a vivid reminder of what liberalism will get you.
Not all propoganda is false ma’am.
There are other cities to add. We need to stop calling it a homeless problem. It isnt caused by lack of housing.
I think the phrase they use in the story is homelessness and crime are the by-products of addiction. Or similar.
What happened to Portland? They’re going to feel dissed.
Denver won’t be far behind. The idiots are going to set up “safe” heroin injection sites.
The KOMO reporter who spearheaded the project has a relative who is homeless. He has seen what she goes through and why first hand. She is pretty much "unhelpable" due to drug addiction.
and it is NOT primarily an addiction or mental illness problem. It IS a problem of left wing ideological, cultural and political corruption that is allowed to live and grow in our country
Not really. (IMO) They don't really put any focus on the root policies that created the situation. Leftist lunacy is the bedrock upon which all this stuff stands. I notice they mention in passing the hundreds of millions of dollars that are being spent on "homelessness" then don't ask the question, "Where is this money going?". A detailed investigation into that question will lead to a bunch of folk being made rich on the backs of drug addicts and folk with mental problems.
