In a 2005 Gallup poll asking people to identify America's biggest problem, global warming didn't even make it into the top ten concerns. Climate change adherents understood that if this lack of concern persisted, they would never achieve their goal of radically reducing fossil fuel use throughout the industrialized world. So marketing efforts to "sell" climate change to an unconcerned public ramped up, starting with Al Gore's 2006 documentary An Inconvenient Truth, which earned Gore an Oscar and Nobel Prize. Even though a British court ruled in 2007 that the film "make[s] a political statement and ... support[s] a political programme" and contains nine serious science errors, climate change theorists began to use the movie both here and abroad to influence millions of public school students to become believers in man-caused climate change.
Let's debate the content of Al Gore's documentary, An Inconvenient Truth, which is still being shown widely to schoolchildren across the USA. Since Gore's inflammatory and never materialized claims of impending catastrophes were based on "settled science" produced by climate change computer models, what lessons should we learn? Should we still be showcasing Gore's documentary if it's been debunked?

Im all in for promoting ManBearPigs climate change nonsense if it means Sandy Cortez and her ilk wont reproduce.
So, there is an upside then? LOL! Pretty sure she should go ahead and have her parts removed to ensure she doesn’t procreate. Of course she would probably abort it anyway.
“an Oscar and Nobel Prize”
Two useless gee-gaws.
And, no doubt we all noticed that re-greta-ble did NOT get one. Maybe she’ll go pout someplace. How Dare They!?
Al Gore must be absolutely amazed by all this. He made a dumb documentary film back in 2006 for some dumb reason. And now the entire world has been turned upside down.
It would be as if I made a silly documentary film saying that men should being wearing WW I doughboy helmets. Those helmets stop hair loss. And then I look about my window. And by golly, there are men wearing WW I doughboy helmets.
The anti-America left learned well from their masters, Karl Marx and Joseph Goebbels.
Got a spare?
I bet Greta gets the Nobel prize in the future. See if she ever goes to college, and fades into the background, or makes a career out of global warming activism. If she makes a career out of this, she will get her prize someday.
re-greta-bull skips so much school that the folks in SweDUHn will have to come up with a new way for her to graduate.
Well in her case, the organ grinder deserved the prize.
Greta is just the monkey holding the tin cup.
Young people should stop driving gas cars to save the planet.
True. They should live their values if they really really feel so strongly about all of this.
They can imitate their heroine Greta Thunberg, who traveled to America on an allegedly carbon free yacht/sailboat of some kind.
I heard that Greta is “vegan”, so she’s really into it, by not eating meat and thus not supporting the evil cattle who produce greenhouse gases they expel just by being alive.
This is an issue where those of us with a technical education MUST be willing to step up and take a position. We can’t sit back quietly and allow this nonsense to take root.
I hate to brag but I’m 58 years old and I’ve survived about five climate change doomsdays so far.
The climate change racket has made Gore quite a rich man. He should not be profiting off of lies.
Pffft. I can beat that by 14 years and three more climate changes. LOL!
Heh, heh. Good on ya!
With any amount of luck, Pippi Laughingstocking will follow Alexandria Occasionally-Conscious’s decision to not have children.
