There’s some sort of negligence charge in there but who would get charged?

But the lawsuit will be brutal.

I figured warning would have been all over the TV etc. considering the situation there.

Though i’d be lying if i said i knew the situation that well

Roaming blackouts? Why?

No roaming blackouts, half the state for many days for no reason. Most people assumed that when the wind storm was over they would restore power. Not only did they kill the power in a dead calm, they left it off for days.

It’s insane.

Why?

The blackout region is not suitable for electric power because it literally burns up if there is a line failure producing sparks.

The fact is, the hard cold fact, is that under present conditions the areas with the black outs are uninhabitable under present conditions.
