In small town American people build stuff and generally live and let live.
Urban America is a different story.

One of the most ONE SIDED dismal looks at America.
Trump WON. I’d guess 60 percent approve of him.
Things ARE changing and we WILL win.
But it’s like SOME here want us to lose.
I don’t know if it’s because we’ve all gotten quite a bit older since FR started and some, possibly, might like to think they’re going out while things are getting awful to make themselves feel better.
The GREAT part is approval among the young for LGBTQ community is DOWN 20 percent the past few years so morality may be coming back.
Trump IS fighting to and is building the wall, going after the corrupt, rebuilding the economy and doing a great job.
The good guys will win even if we are gone.
God Bless America.

I think about this kind of stuff all the time. I look at old homes and buildings, and think of all the incredible things that mostly men figured out, and I feel that those types of achievements are behind us.

Yes, and it started in the early part of 1992, when 60 Minutes decided to go all-in to rescue Bill Clinton from himself, at the expense of our nation.
From there it got worse, way worse.

Sure feels like the bad guys are winning more than we are sometimes.
Trump has his finger in the dam but Pelosi, Schiff, et al, the FBI, CIA, IRS, and career low-lifes in government are busy drilling other holes in the dam we think of as our laws, Bill of Rights, and US Constitution that keeps us dealing with a massive wave of corruption.
Yes; the socialist/communist/commiecrats have gained a strong foothold in bringing down the country we knew and loved. If it wasn't for Trump winning in 2016 we would be drenched in corruption by the left.

Posted this AM from the Townhall version, I think with a different title, but worth reposting for sure. Especially timely given the PG&E power blackout.

America went to the moon in 1969 with supposedly primitive computers and backward engineering. Does anyone believe we could launch a similar moonshot today? No American has set foot on the moon in the last 47 years, and it may not happen in the next 50 years.
- Thus, as it is always darkest just before the day dawneth, so God useth to visit His servants with greatest afflictions when he intendeth their speedy advancement. A Pisgah Sight of Palestine (1650), Book II, ch. XI.

The Moon is symbolic of the Kingdom of David. America is about to go to infinity and beyond, so buy American flags before the rush.

Fifty years ago, we were able to get men to walk on the moon...Today our “astronauts” have to hitch a ride with Russian Soyuz craft just to get to the space station that is only 254 miles above earth...
We’ve come a long way, baby.../s
