We need to thank Donald Trump for setting up the conditions where the left drop their mask and show their true selves.

Exactly so.

Who would arrest all these public officials? The House Sergeant-at-Arms? The Capitol police? I think not.

Who then? The DNC's rent-a-cops? The FBI?

This is getting to be comical, all of these schemes to get at Trump and his administration for not playing footsie with the radical socialist democRATS in the House.

This will never happen, even if technically legal. It may have happened a few times in the distant past, but nowadays people are more informed and tuned in to what is happening. The American people would never stand for it.

Besides, how extremely partisan would that make the already partisan impeachment scheme? They wouldn't be able to pull it off.

The law does allow the House Sergeant-At-Arms, the chief law enforcement officer of the House, to arrest people who do not cooperate with their requests and has done so on occasion in the past.

In the19th century, Congress had the sergeant at arms arrest and detain people until they complied with lawful orders of Congress.

Your respect for Trump and his supporters is duly noted. ????????????? Pass the notes.

Now you admit Trump lied three time about his tax returns. I don’t drink kool aid. Kool aid would be like you believing there will be justice after nothing for 34 months. Now that’s kool aid/

I vote on promises the first time and results the second. He has an F on rule flaw and is creeping up from an F to a D on the wall, with possibility of higher grade.

Those are two of his top 3 issues. Doesn’t look so good for now.

So vote for Hillary.

There's a pancake just like you in every group.

When everyone else is pulling for the team, ilk like you are ankle biting to your heart's content.

Whether it's a softball game, a business effort, something going on at the church, there's always one jack-ass who thinks they're smarter than everyone else, and everyone else needs to be informed of how stupid they are to be positive about the group effort.

Trump didn't follow up on his promise to make his tax returns public. Boo hoo...

Are you going to be okay? Do we need to call someone for you?

You're as sour grapes as the demoncRats are.

All that Trump has accomplished and is still trying to do almost alone, and here you are pissing and moaning about his failure to do something that he is not required to do.

But how? Congress has no arrest powers. It would require a Congressional committee to send a criminal referral to DOJ first, citing the underlying criminal predicate. Congress can shout “arrest” all it wants, but it would be like a dog with its tongue cut out.

You apparently don't understand presidential politics.

You can't "bring it" until the year of the election. Otherwise, the Democrat Media will be able to repair the damage for their side BEFORE the election.

I have a fair bit of knowledge about these things, and even I can't see when the time to open the bomb bay doors will be.

I can't even begin to guess. I would guess that it will be around the time of the Democrat nominating convention in 2020.

Remember how the Dems and their Media tried to carpetbomb Trump with the Access Hollywood tape just before the third debate in October?

They thought they HAD IT IN THE BAG.

There was only ONE response, and only ONE MAN would make that response. Trump jammed "The Women" in Hitlary's and Rapin Bill's faces.

This fight is Battle of Midway stuff. The Democrat Media Combat Air Patrol is slaughtering the low & slow Trump torpedo bombers - but he's sucked their #FakeNews @sses down onto the deck.

The dive bombers are going to show up when they least expect it...

and you don’t understand power and responsibility and rule of law. Trump has made Hillary and Bill the new Gottis; at least he died in prison not running for president.

And where in the Constitution does it give the House majority the power to arrest? I also seem to remember something about bills of attainder.

No wonder we are in such a mess. We’ve got amoral, damned fools like this guy teaching law.

The worst is Dean Chemirinsky at Berkeley. The guy is a flaming far left idiot who loves to shoot his mouth off. It is difficult to see how he would have passed Con Law in law school, but they put him forward as a national constitutional scholar.
