Yes. And that was ‘explained away’ by saying ‘oh, that had been there for a while before it became Lauer’s office’. SO??? It smacks of sexual abuse, but someone else put the lock remote in, so Lauer is not at fault for using it.
That appears to be the possibility of another side to the story:
Was she just the jilted lover who had been promised she would participate in the lucrative stream of Lauer’s salary after he ditched his current wife and married her?

He used that lock for other purposes then it was suppose to be used for. Others knew but nbc management / money kept them all silent.
