I would strongly suggest following the link and reading counsel Cipollone’s letter in its entirety. Brilliantly worded and absolutely devastating.
Still, the RATs and their demented followers are not likely to be swayed by logic and reason. All they seek is raw power and perverted sex.

Interesting that the letter from the President’s counsel is addressed to three committee chairmen but not to the head of the House Judiciary Committee, Jerrold Nadler, which usually is directly involved in such proceedings. It appears his involvement is being deliberately sidetracked.

The President claims that there is an unconstitutionality in the way that the democrats are proceeding with this impeachment. The local "Action News" station for Metro Detroit reported this but they haven't done an investigation into whether Trump's claim is true.
They could assign one of their best reporters to find out whether President Trump is technically correct when he says it's unconstitutional, and it's not unknowable, so I wonder why they wouldn't look into it ASAP. It could be a teachable moment for students and in general, but I don't think the local media thinks it's worth their time.
