Well, when it got too hot we retreated to our air conditioned cottages/rooms. LOL!
I wouldn’t have missed it for the world, even though my hair looked like an overgrown poodle cut all weekend. LOL!
Everyone asked how you were and where you were. ((((hugs)))
I’m sorry it’s so dry there. Hope that will end soon along with the heat.
And yet it snowed some more in WY. Crazy. LOL!
We all missed Charlie too. That guy is a rock.
He kinda cooks OK too LOL.
But theres gold in them thar hills and he had things to do.
The heat is SUPPOSED to end this weekend and we’re SUPPOSED to get rain Sun. and Mon.
All we can do is hope the weatherfolks are correct. This has gotten VERY old.

Well, it was a little bit cooler. There was a lady in a pickup parked out where the bathroom was near our spot and also a man fishing out at the end of the picnic tables so much of the trip was spent out by the boat dock and parking lot area. We had a great time though.
It has. I hate to even say that the temp here is 68 right now. I wish I could go sit out in it or at least open a window. But those flimsy screens wouldn’t keep the kittehs out if they tried them. LOL!
Guess I’d better go for now. I’m sure I’ll have a kitty tonight and he has gotten soooo chatty lately. Kind of strange. He never “talked” much before the last 2 months or so.
A little cooler is good. We have to enjoy what we can get when we get it. LOL! It certainly wasn’t cooler here so you were lucky.

Hey, our temp is 66 at the moment. We got ya beat! LOL!
Our nights have been fairly cool with the dry air. When it’s muggy, we don’t cool off much. I wore a light jacket when I went out to water the flowers last night.
It would be nice to open our windows but the air is so nasty with dirt, we don’t dare. Just walking out to the trash can makes my eyes burn and water.
Weird that Peaches has suddenly gotten “chatty” after all this time. No telling what brought that on.
I hope he doesn’t want to “talk” all night so you can get some sleep. Good luck!
