Sounds reasonable to me. After all, it’s a PUBLIC SCHOOL and public schools are run by Leftists...and pushing kids to have sex earlier and earlier is something Leftists have been doing for decades. She’s just making a fool of herself by complaining about it.
If the mom REALLY wants to find out who to get mad at, all she has to do is walk in front of a mirror to get that answer, as no one FORCED her to send her child to an institution run by Leftists.
Remember, a parent can’t send their “minor” child to school with so much as an aspirin!!

Any medical complications that might arise from an action taken by a school nurse, no doubt the billing for the remediation would fall on the non-consenting parents.

This crappola has to stop. Nothing short of a public confrontation of these evil people will start to turn the tables.
My daughters never implemented their state given right. Vengeance might had been an option.
The really blatant omission in the article is even a single mention of “the daughter’s say”. Did the school have the daughter’s consent in writing? Did the daughter seek out contraception?
Of course, the other information is germane, but without any mention of what the daughter was thinking there is a big gap in the information needed to draw conclusions.
I know that years ago, there were girls I knew who took birth control pills even though they had never dated, just in case they had spontaneous sex, or something, as stupid as that sounds.
Alternatively, the girl in the article many have been sexually active, or very sexually active, and maybe with someone for whom sex with children was not legal.
File criminal charges for practicing medicine with out a license, file complaints with any medical licensing board and most importantly, file criminal assault on a minor charges.
Then go for a lawsuit.
Don’t want one of the teachers knocking her up...Bad PR
