I honestly don’t think they have a copyright claim. I’m pretty sure a parody is covered under “fair use” in copyright law. That’s why there are still multiple versions of this video all over the place.

They issued a “copyright complaint” just to give Twitter a reason to block it on the President’s page.

I agree that it wasn’t a copyright infringement. Even after it was taken down, I was able to watch it through many twitter feeds. I hope a lot of people were able to enjoy President Trump’s humor!

The billionaire in the White House, and/or his political party currently breaking all past pre-election fund raising records, can easily afford endless broadcasts of fifteen second spots of the video showing Dumba$$ bragging about forcing the firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating his cocaine snorting boy, or "they won't get the f***ing money".
