So, what is the punishment for whistleblower lying.
The penalty for a whistleblower lying is they geta black mark on their permanent record and are prohibite prohibited from whistleblowing for 90 days.
WIKI-——The law covering whistleblowers falls under the category of Public law.
Public law is law that governs the relationship between people and the State, and it is composed of three types: constitutional law, criminal law, and administrative law.
Constitutional law is the body of law that governs the principles and powers of the government, and the relationships between the different parts of the government.
Criminal law is law that restricts conduct that threatens safety and welfare of society or the State. Administrative law is law that regulates the operation and procedures of government agencies.
The judicial branch is the branch of government that interprets the laws, and its body of laws is called case law.
The same punishment as false hate-crime or false rape allegations.
Nothing.
Nothing, since they are Democrats! NOTHING!
The WB didnt lie. He only forwarded information he gathered from other sources who of course are probably lying. He can testify truthfully that he heard from others that Trump is a mean and silly man who bullied Zelensky.
“So, what is the punishment for whistleblower lying.”
Well they conveniently changed the rule requiring whistleblowers to give first-hand information so one can just claim they didn’t lie, just repeated something they heard somewhere.
So, what is the punishment for whistleblower lying.
The “whistle blower” sign an affidavit under oath that it was true. It is now clear the entire thing was set by the Democrats and the CIA so the affidavit is clearly false.
What is going to happen remains to be seen.
On a side note perhaps it is time to disband the entire CIA.
I believe a case could be made that they have created more problems for the US then they ever resolved. Intel is important but perhaps there should be a department that only collects data and is forbidden by law to interfere in either foreign or domestic affairs (as if that has stopped them from interfering with domestic politics)
