The DNI guy should appear and then suggest that he’s heard rumors of additional CIA agents ready and preparing ‘dossiers’.
Shiffy would get all excited, and want details.
Then the DNI guy could say it’s odd...it has nothing to do with Trump, and mostly concerns Congressmen and Senators. The CIA guys are apparently collecting on Democrats too.
That would trigger everyone to start laughing.

Tough to follow. The definition of “Whistle Blower “ changes daily. It used to be you were a witness to an event to be believed, but now, if its written on a bathroom stall, it’s solid evidence.
