His response is great.
(David Webb is Black.)

(((( Wake me when a prominent democrat actually gets prosecuted. ))))

I remember when this happened - it was pure gold. I wish he would have let her go on a few more minutes before springing it on her so he could further demonstrate the absurdity.
Her formula was that she didn’t have to actually respond to any of the points he was making because he had “white privilege.”
To: Jess Kitting
That’s hilarious.
Stupid woman didn’t do her work - not that it would have changed much. given the way that she appears to have been programmed to think.
If she’d known in advance, she would have accused our man of being a ‘Tom’.

Well, I had never seen it before; and I’m sure a lot of others hadn’t either.

Well, not everyone sees everything the first time it’s posted - this is a very big site with a lot of STUFF on it.
I’m glad to find repeats of things that I may have missed.

She had black privilege. Female black privilege which means she had absolutely no requirements to be competent or intelligent.

I understand, and I don't mean to criticize or be the FR police (heck, there are others who are much more prolific at it than I).
It's just that feelings are raw and tension is high right now, and I'd hate to see people get inflamed by almost year-old news when so much is going on right now.
A simple search could show if something recently found was already posted by someone else.
I'm sorry to have interfered.

So...
If I decide to repost Ronald Reagan’s inauguration speech here, you’d think it would be redundant?
(I don’t mean to conflate the two, but sometimes it’s a good idea to bring back old but valuable news.)

Not if you precede it with "Oldie but goodie..." or some such tag.
But if you want us think you just arrived from Upper Lower Slovenia and just found that awesome Ronald Reagan and was dying to share it with the rest of us...
But seriously, there's a difference between significant historical events and a recently learned pop reference.

I think I did mention something about ‘not conflating the two’.
But, if you want to keep making your point interminably, keep on - at my pleasure.
I’m going to bed, now :-)

Oh.
I thought that ‘pushing things further’ was what life and progress were all about.
Silly me.
Good Night!

I accept your apology...but a very formal apology is sometimes just a cheap way of getting out of a conversation or argument.
OK?
Now, I really mean:
GOOD NIGHT!

There was no argument at the time of the apology. It was sincere. It's not my history to weasel out of conversations or arguments.
Good night.
