U.S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams in Manhattan,(Obama appointee) who found Hunter Biden’s partner Devon Archer “Not Guilty” was the same judge who resided over several Trump cases. She overturned a lower court decision.
Her husband, Greg Donald Andres, formerly a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell serves with Robert Mueller on the Special Counsel investigation
U.S. judge overturns New York man’s conviction in tribal bond scheme
U.S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams in Manhattan ruled that the evidence at the trial earlier this year had not shown that the man, Devon Archer, knew that the bond issue was fraudulent, or that he received any personal benefit from it. Abrams said she was “left with an unwavering concern that Archer is innocent of the crimes charged.”
She upheld the convictions of John Galanis and Bevan Cooney, who were tried and convicted alongside Archer.

In 2016, Abrams was assigned to preside over a case in which Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein are accused by the plaintiff of having raped her in the 1990s, when the plaintiff was thirteen years old. The complaint was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice by the Plaintiff in September 2016.
In January 2017, Abrams was assigned to preside over a pending case in which Donald Trump was sued by a nonprofit group, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, over an alleged violation by Trump of the Foreign and Domestic Emoluments Clauses of the United States Constitution.
On July 11, 2017 Judge Abrams recused herself from the case when her husband, Greg Andres, began talks to join Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s staff investigating Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

Federal prosecutors charged a former campaign adviser to Secretary of State John Kerry and a second man once dubbed by the media “porn’s new king” along with five others in an alleged scheme involving a Native American Tribal bond offering.
Charged were Devon Archer, an adviser to Mr. Kerry’s presidential campaign in 2004, and Jason Galanis.
This is the guy that was on the Ukrainian Burisma Board with Hunter Biden.

Seven accused of defrauding Oglala Sioux Tribe in bond scheme

Federal authorities announced charges against seven people who are accused of defrauding the Oglala Sioux Tribe and investors of millions of dollars.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the defendants “induced” the Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation to issue “tens of millions of dollars in municipal bonds.” But the bonds were never invested despite promises to improve economic development conditions on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, authorities said.
Instead, the bonds were sold to investors who weren’t aware of the fraudulent nature of the scheme, according to authorities. The defendants used those proceeds for their own lavish expenses, U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara from New York City said.
“As alleged, the defendants induced an Oglala Sioux Native American tribal entity to issue bonds through lies about how the bond proceeds would be invested,” Bharara said in a press release. “Instead of investing the proceeds in a way that would provide capital for development and help cover the interest payments, the defendants allegedly pocketed most of it to pay for their own personal expenses, homes, cars, travel, and jewelry.”

The seven were also charged in a civil action by the Securities and Exchange Commission, which claimed the group spent their ill-gotten gains on designer duds from Gucci, Prada, Valentino and Yves Saint Laurent.
Jason was accused of using nearly $500,000 of the proceeds to cover legal bills related to his pump-and-dump case.
“The defendants also allegedly duped unwitting investors into buying the bonds by hiding material facts about them, including their lack of liquidity,” Bharara said in a statement.
The group “left devastation in its wake: a tribe with tens of millions in bond obligations it cannot pay, and investors out tens of millions, left holding bonds they did not want,” the lawman added.

Wife of new Mueller prosecutor just bailed as judge in 2 Trump cases

A federal judge who is the wife of a lawyer joining special counsel Robert Mueller’s Trump-Russia investigation recently recused herself from a pair of lawsuits challenging President Donald Trump’s business dealings with foreign governments.
Mueller’s office confirmed Tuesday evening that former fraud and corruption prosecutor Greg Andres has agreed to join the special counsel staff.
The development offers an explanation for the previously unanswered question of why U.S. District Court Judge Ronnie Abrams, who married Andres in 2001, suddenly recused herself last month from the emoluments lawsuits. One of the cases was filed by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics (CREW) in Washington and the other was brought by White Plains, N.Y. attorney William Weinstein.
On July 11, Abrams — an Obama appointee — recused from the suits without any explanation or warning to the parties. A person familiar with the situation said Abrams had recused, but the public court docket showed only that the cases were both reassigned that day to Judge George Daniels, a Clinton appointee.
Archer is the brains behind all the Biden family money laundering and embezzlements.
