The climate has changed since the beginning of time.
It will continue to change until the end of time.
Man has had nothing to do with it.

No tax will fight climate change. The tax goes to the government which takes it from producers and gives it to whining slackers. You can’t fight climate change. It’s happening without our help.

It’s a good thing that money and taxation exist, otherwise we would have no other way of solving this vexing emergency which will kill us all in 11.x years.
Imagine how fortunate we all are to live in such a time where all we have to do is give our money to someone else, and we can all live!
And you don’t want to give two dollars!
HOW DARE YOU!?

More delusional excuses for MORE TAXES AND MORE GOVERNMENT - that’s what this whole climate change delusion has always been all about.
The Delusional Lying Left lives for and ONLY wants YOUR MONEY and Totalitarian Government.
DON’t give it to them.

I'm unwilling to pay anything to fight "climate change" for several very good reasons:
- "Climate change" is natural, and you can't fight mother nature. Seriously, the climate has been changing ever since there has been a climate. To think that we can control it or even influence it significantly is pure folly.
- "Climate change" is merely the latest moniker for a series of schemes and scams to separate us from our money, freedoms, and liberties - handing over control of these to others. I won't play along.
- "Climate change" or the "climate crisis" or whatever they're calling it is not based on any kind of science. It is based on an abuse of science in a transparent attempt to bolster the lie of the climate scam.
- No.

Why throw away my money on failed junk science. That two dollars would buy a Monster drink, a burger, a couple bags of M&Ms. All better spent.
It snowed in Reno yesterday. Snow on hills just barely above my house this morning. A few days ago it was sunny and 80s, the climate changes. Anthropological Global Warming did not cause this, global warming didn't, climate change it is, but it is ongoing. I don't see anyone with means to change the weather, give us more rain in the desert, a longer growing season in the northern latitudes, etc. So, today we shut down the sprinkers, dig out winter clothes.

people are unwilling to pay the costs associated with reducing carbon dioxide emissions. I would pay the two dollars if someone can prove that :
1) The climate can be significantly changed by reducing current carbon dioxide emissions.
2) Current levels of carbon dioxide emissions are an existential threat.
3) That my two dollars will not be used in a slush fund to finance harebrained ideological fantasies.

This is why the plan is to use the UN to setup the tax.
None of Congress needs to vote on it so none can get blamed.
Too bad we have already figured this out.
