Intelligence IG changed rules for whistleblowing for Dems

Folks, this “Ukraine Whistleblower” event was a pre-planned event. As we begin to understand the general outline of how the Schiff Dossier was assembled, we are now starting to get into the specifics. First discovered by researcher Stephen McIntyre, there is now evidence surfacing showing the ICIG recently created an entirely new ‘whistleblower complaint form’ that specifically allowed for the filing of complaints “heard from others“.

That headline is completely riddled with passive writing. So who, exactly, gave the order and then had the form modified? Was it the Intelligence Community Inspector General himself, or was it someone in his office?

Jeezum crow, but the IC is proving itself corrupt to its core. And just who the hell is running the shop over at CIA and all those other three-letter secret squirrel-type agencies? Looks like it’s time for a mass housecleaning by Mulvaney and Pence and all the other headchoppers.

“The fish always rots from the head.” And it’s stinking to high heaven at this point.

" Contrary to McGuire’s testimony yesterday, Michael Atkinson looks pretty dirty to me. "

McGuire and Atkinson are both deep state scum.

First discovered by researcher Stephen McIntyre…

Steven McIntyre (born c. 1947) is a Canadian mining exploration company director, a former minerals prospector and semi-retired mining consultant whose work has included statistical analysis. He is best known as the founder and editor of Climate Audit, a blog devoted to the analysis and discussion of climate data. He is most prominent as a critic of the temperature record of the past 1000 years and the data quality of NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies. He is known in particular for his statistical critique, with economist Ross McKitrick, of the hockey stick graph which presents evidence that the increase in late 20th century global temperatures is unprecedented in the past 1,000 years

McIntyre is a very interesting fellow…..he has so many interests and was a wrecking ball when he went after the IPCC report when he figured out the cherry picking they were doing with the data. They hated him and his name showed up more on all the Climategate emails than any other person. Noticing the whistleblower form had been fiddled with is way outside of what McIntyre normally does and what is typically known for. But he is a bulldog with things that get his attention and nothing seems to get by him….

Jay Sekulow made reference to the revised form when he was on Hannity tonight but somehow the issue got bypassed and wasn’t developed into the big deal that this is.

“They changed the rules secretly. Sounds like President Trump might have set up the democrats with a fake whistleblower story. Be great if that’s the case. Opens them up to all the corruption in Ukraine while Obama was President.”

Enquiring minds want to know WHAT ARE THE STANDARDS FOR BEING CONSIDERED A WHISTLEBLOWER IN OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES?

Is there a national standard? URGENT Freedom of Information Requests should be going out from our friends in Judicial Watch.

The individual under whose name the new rules allowing for hearsay was published is
Michael E. DeVine
Analyst in Intelligence and National Security

He likely knows something about this.

Good analysis and digging to connect the dots. This is clearly a deep state sting operation just as much as the Steele document.

This story needs to be told and the FBI and DOJ need to investigate the CIA and hold people accountable.

This is a total setup. Scumbag #2 who actually filed the report is protected by the law and the fact that he is just passing along hearsay.

Scumbag #1 who “told him about it” (and who could NEVER file himself because HE KNEW it was BS) is now off the hook, too - if he is even identified he can say “that’s not what I said, he must have misunderstood, etc”.

This rule needs to the changed back as soon as this BS show is over...

...if we could fire the entire intelligence apparatus to the last man and then start from scratch...but that’s not practical and the universities are turning out good little SJWs daily ... so the penalties for this sh*t need to be draconian....

...IF the GOP (BIG ‘IF’) can win back the Congress and hold the Senate, they’ll need to come up with some BIG BALLS and pass some laws to put an end to this type of BS!

They aren’t even trying to hide it anymore.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Yes, we are now having CWII.

Soon we will see ICE force entry to a state or municipal lock up under federal court order to seize fugitives from federal justice. At that point we will see whether these socialist bastards want to go hot and bleed for their cause.
