You know a lot about this stuff... I'm impressed.

Years ago I was doing some volunteer work and accidentally became a force - so to speak. The head of one of our larger non-profits said it was time I learned the ‘dirty truth’... I did my ‘not interested’ thing and she said I had to know so we went into her office. There she told me that all the non-profits in town had agreed to pass around the clients since all of them had to make their numbers to get United Way funding... and there weren't enough people 'in need' to keep all the agencies viable. My group needed to start ‘passing around our clients’... I have other stories I could tell... but suffice it to say I know you have a clue about what's going on...

Oh, and the 16 Billion dollars Cummings district received? Their excuse why it's not graft is it went to 'non-profits'. Is that a hoot or what?

Exactly.
The trick is to be on the “staff” or the “board” of one or more “nonprofits.”
Collect an executive salary, pay salaries to your family & friends.
Charity? Pffft.
The “needy” get nada.
They’re there for window dressing.

A few years ago, Bill Gates “partnered” with the Clinton Foundation to donate $25 million worth of laptops to Los Angeles schoolkids.
2 questions: 1.why would Bill Gates need to donate to the Clinton’s first, & then the Clintons donate the computers?
2. Did the media follow up & actually SEE— or account for— $25 million worth of new laptops in schools after the initial announcement ?
Of course not.
Gates got away with a huge tax write off, Hillary got a campaign donation.

Same goes for all those Clean Cookstoves— nobody ever went to any mud huts in China & India & actually counted all the stoves we taxpayers supposedly paid for.
