The partisan federal employee who issued a complaint regarding President Donald Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is a male CIA officer who was previously “detailed to work at the White House,” according to the New York Times.
According to the Times, the officer, who has since returned to work at the CIA, appears to be an “analyst by training” and “steeped in details” of U.S. foreign policy regarding Europe.

He is not a “whistleblower.” He had no first-hand knowledge of any of this, but was supposedly old second or third hand. So he is a leaker, an ex-CIA agent with a grudge against President Trump.

No, this was the same cut-out technique they used with the Kavenaugh smears.
The actual complaint goes through channels - the whistleblower didn’t leak the information directly, but then a second person got hold of it (not doubt with the cooperation of the whistleblower,) and leaked it.
Then the whistleblower can say he was following procedure, and is protected.
This scam was carefully mapped out by the lefties.
Am I wrong, but as a CIA officer he does not need the Whistleblower protection that a rank-in-file employee does? He’s not an employee of Oval Office. the He could just process the complaint through the CIA.
No doubt he colluded with the DNC to concoct this side show distraction.
