“” “” Last September, a white police officer shot and killed an unarmed black man in his own apartment.”” “”
Why the races mentioned I wonder?
It was a series of errors which resulted in his murder and I can understand why but in the end she still murdered an innocent man. Race probably had nothing to do with it.
It was a stupid woman with a gun who should not have had one.
Look... this man was at the right place at the right time... and got shot for it. Police officers receive very intensive (and expensive) training so they don’t fire their weapons nilly willy whenever they are “scared.” If this woman is found guilty... then she deserves to go to jail, no matter the color of anyone’s skin.
It could happen to anyone.
After a long day of work, you get confused, forget where you live, walk into the wrong home and start blasting away at an Intruder who is in his own home.
Its the Whoops, Im in the Wrong Castle Doctrine.

Bet she walks...
It is still Murder no matter how you look at it, I don’t care if she made a mistake. She went in to another persons apartment and Killed Him
I seem to recall the female police officer returned “home” after a night at the bar drinking with friends. Which suggests she was intoxicated, entered the wrong apartment and shot the man who she drunkenly thought was in her apartment, as self defense.
She’s incompetent at best.
I came out of a Walmart, used my ignition/ door key to unlock a white truck, and climbed in.
Very nearly started the ignition, too.
Then noticed the truck was way cleaner than my work truck.
Got out sheepishly just as the startled owner walked up.
“Wrong truck, mine’s over there. Heh heh.”
