Thanks,kiryandil. Nice summation of points. I’ve just downloaded Adams’ talk now and listen on my commute.

Adams is at the forefront of strategic political and career enhancement thinking. I’m one of those who regularly sips a simultaneous beverage with him out of my “glass, stein, tankard, or vessel of any kind”.

These points about Warren’s challenges are excellent — and some are quite original.

And I respect that Adams plays fair with his listeners. A long time ago he predicted Harris would rise to be the nominee, and as things have worked out, it looks like that’s not to be.

But Adams has not reneged on his prediction — and mentions occasionally how “my original prediction of Harris” is not looking good.

Every FReeper needs to try Adams on for size. No commercials, his podcast commentary is off-beat and a great listen most of the time. And he branches off on occasion to talk about “persuasion” and the psychology of winning.

Some very good thinking here, nathanbedford. Real nice analysis. I especially like the populist parallels between Trump and Warren. So true.

If Warren gets the nomination, we’re in for a heckuva fight. And like you say, “the debate” won’t decide the contest.

The emotional battle will be fierce. In the end, Trump’s advantage will be the strong results he can show. That will make the difference, and your points mean we need to prepare ourselves and not get cocky.

And we must absolutely watch over and protect that ballot box.

It would be well to remember that VP Biden could do nothing without the prior authority of the sitting president. So if the Chinese, Ukrainians, or Russians, are bribing someone with no power, they did so with the knowledge that some of the bribe leaks back into the responsible person’s pockets. Or, more likely, another pot of money goes to the responsible party.

(Uranium One isn’t really Hillary’s deal, its Obama’s deal. Burisma isn’t really the Bidens' deal, its Obama’s deal.) And China’s billions aren’t really buying Biden’s good graces (Kerry’s son was also involved...) its Obama’s good graces they were after.

Good summary. Just a couple of thoughts on the negative side of Warren.

Warren’s fake Indian history will be something that will not go away ... best not talk about it now. Living this lie is not some youthful indiscretion - average voter will understand despite her attempt to hide behind her parents, which is very likely another lie. No one seems to ask her why her parents lied to her... for her to open up all applications where she used her fake Indian history. Trump’s tax return for her job and academic applications? Never.

Her far left ideas (like “corporate corruption”) appeal only to hard core left, not to the average person. Won’t be a factor unless to attack her.

Professors have a tendency to exude arrogance. She will display this at the wrong time to the voters who count.

She comes across as angry when shouting about her issues. SHe is very similar to Hillary, just with some slight repackaging and not falling down steps, curbs or wearing blue vision glasses.

But never say never in politics.
