Old Storm Sewers go into the bay .... runoff from much of the property surrounding the bay ends up directly in it.

Needles? The bigger problem is the urine and feces that the city intentionally hoses into the storm sewers. That is untreated sewage going straight into the ocean.

Hell yes!

Los Angeles and its homeless are flooding the Pacific Ocean with raw sewage (feces) needles and God only knows what else given that it all drains into the LA River and then into the great Pacific.

I know I that here in San Diego, the Mexican raw sewage is a mega monster problem every time it rains because millions of gallons spill into our country and go directly into Imperial Beach and the Strand.

I heard him talking to the press after he border visit today and a reporter asked him something about this subject, I did not hear what city was asked about, but his answer was that human waste waste was flowing into the oceans, I did not hear him say anything about needles then.
