Bolton is weak, he is a record player left on repeat to scare away the boogeyman.

Trump DID start out talking tough after he got elected. During the election, he did indicate that he would pull out of Afghanistan and Iraq and other areas where we were not wanted or had no business being there.

In any case, the enemy is watching and listening and acting accordingly.

Bolton is weak? Guess that’s why Trump fired his number one hawk.

If we need to stay in Afghanistan a thousand years so be it. Our enemies hate us regardless of where our troops are. Better to fight them over there than over here.

The more things change the more they stay the same. The new man is just as Hawkish as the old man. Thank God.

no. Reagan traded missile to Iran after they took our hostages and he pulled out of Beirut after deploying three (I guess he wasn’t doing what you said) after Iran bombed the barracks of the US and the French, rather than stay and fight. He should have leveled Teheran and we wouldn’t have had this mess since then

Also Carter should have done the same. Bush attracted the wrong country and obama gave them money. What will we do piss our pants when they successfully test the bomb and a mid-range ICBM? Easier to stop them now than to negotiate them out of a working bomb.

Trump is strong on the economy and other domestic issues, but when it comes to Iran and other adversaries, he’s not much better than Obama. Undoing the Iran deal was a no-brainer, and to do that you don’t have to be a hawk.

You must be kidding. The same administration that fed that line of bullsh!t to us also flooded this country with refugees from all the Islamic dumps we invaded. Some of them carried out terrorist attacks right here in the U.S.

WE EVEN HAVE THEM IN CONGRESS NOW.

Apparently, you haven’t noticed the invasion on our southern border. Interestingly, the same national security officials advocating our continued war in Afghanistan are also curiously disinterested in defending our borders and communities from violent criminal aliens. Now why could that be? And, given that, why are they deserving of our support on Afghanistan policy? Answer: they are not!

President Trump sold Saudi Arabia many billions of dollars of military systems. Iran not so much. How about that?

Trump saw the face of war and shrank into a hostage negotiator.

Then Saudi Arabia can handle this dust-up with Iran.

I’m sure 100 percent that you supported the invasion of Iraq.

You didn’t have to tell me that you supported the Iraq war disaster. It was obvious. Fortunately, most Americans have wised up, and Trump, they’re not buying your kind of warmongering, after being burned so severely when Bush bought it.

Pussy.

AS your vocabulary shows, you have a grade-school schoolyard mentality. That’s the kind of “tough guy” juvenile stupidity that gave us the Iraq War. Glad Trump isn’t buying it.
