First, I recall from an earlier article that it's the Arizona state Democrats who are looking to do this, not the national party.
Second, "Progressive Democrats of America" cited in the article is the Dennis Kucinich/Howard Dean splinter group within the Democrat Party. Their bark may be more than their bite.
