[Harmless Teddy Bear]

Several years ago I commented that my state was sending a half billion dollar a year to the state university. As the university has over 12 billion in endowments already I questioned if it was necessary.

I was imminently inundated by people on FR who told me I was anti-education and had no idea how necessary it was that my tax dollars should go to fund such civilization enhancing programs like spending multi million dollars on a department of diversity.

People mean well, but sometimes they’re way off base.

You had it right.

Until these places get back to being something to enhance
our nation, I say cut off every dime to them.
