Cruz makes a ludicrous assertion.
Harris is a US Senator, not subject to CA rules.
Additionally, all her travel to/in Iowa is pad by her campaign funds.
While funny, but hopefully she is not campaigning on the state’s dime. One never knows though, because no one will ever investigate to see if she is or isn’t.
I’d hope her campaign traps to IA are being paid for by the campaign. OTOH, since it’s Kali’s money, I guess I really don’t care.
