"At a certain point, you've made enough money." Back in 2010, President Barack Hussein Obama said that out loud into a microphone. But now, once again, Past Obama and Present Obama find themselves at odds. I cannot imagine Barry is saying the same thing today to his wife.
Dean Balsamini, NY Post:
Former first lady Michelle Obama is coming to Newark Nov. 3 and fans are shelling out big bucks to hear what she has to say. The cheap seats for the Moderated Conversation at the Prudential Center were going for $144 on Ticketmaster... Floor seats are priced as high as $1,300 and the most expensive ticket currently available is $4,200 for a suite-level ducat. Yikes. I'll pass on that suite, but $144 sounds like a real bargain!
At a certain point, you've made enough money. But you don't get to decide when that "certain point" arrives. The Obamas get to decide that. And obviously, they've decided that their own "certain point" isn't anywhere close yet. They've got book deals and arena tours and Netflix shows and I don't know what all. They're really raking it in.

When the Obamas say "At a certain point, you've made enough money", they mean YOU, not them.
I’m saving my $$$ for a house on the water in Martha’s Vineyard.
It’s a kickback/bribery scheme.
I bet most the ticket buyers dont even show up.
I cannot imagine a more odious task.
Why the hell would anyone pay Mike to say anything?
My thought too, a money laundering scheme.
That’s the best prosthetic device I have ever seen to hold up sagging tits, most women I know just wear a brassier.
Cheaper to go to the zoo and watch the monkeys.
Saving mine so I can maybe pay my bills. Why anyone would pay more than a buck to hear what they have to say is beyond me.
Jokes on us, we probably already are. Those suite tickets are paid for or given out by corporations and foundations and written off as tax deductions and business expenses.
I wouldnt be willing to see either one, even if they paid me.
They’d have to pay me a lot more than that. Way more than that. I don’t think there is any amount..
Wait. What was the question?
Seriously????
You couldnt pay ME $4200 to listen to that wench, let alone expect me to pay.
Or "donate" the tickets to some who might attend and cheer.
(Teachers come to mind, also college stupidents.) .
Excuse me, for $4,200 a person I am taking my wife and 5 daughters. We will have new headphones and listening to the music of our choice as we decide after what to do with the $29,000 windfall added to the future vacation fund. $400 would go for the hotel for the night.
She can say the tix are $4200....but that doesnt mean people will actually pony up that sum.
There’s always an Obamas scam lurking-——the wealthy foundation will buy the top tix-—just to keep the fiction alive.
Nope, I wouldn't pay $0.42 to hear him say anything!!!
paying for her to abuse us... didn’t we already do that for 8 very very long years?
ML/NJ
Anyone that would pay “Big Mike” $4200 for anything is...well....STUPID.
