You have to be 35. It is 2019. The math works. Owens will be 35 in November of 2024. I don’t know if you have to be 35 to declare.
The US Constitution says to run for a seat in Congress you must be 25 years old to run for a seat in the House of Representatives and 30 years old to run for a seat in the Senate.

I thought we’re talking 2024. For the record, I believe in order to qualify, you must be 35 or older to hold the office. So, if splitting hairs, one should be at least 35 on or before Jan 20, 2025 in order to run for president in the 2024 election.
For the record, I also believe there should be an age limit - say 80. But we can discuss that after the CW-2.
