I’m surprised he doesn’t have implants. I thought they were standard issue for politicians and showbiz figures. He’s worth millions, so cost shouldn’t be an issue. Even if he had to replace all 32 teeth, that’s $100K, ball park.
I'm not sure everyone is a candidate for implants. I asked my dentist about an implant for one molar I had lost in my younger days, and he told me there probably wasn't enough good bone remaining to hold it. Of course, techniques probably have improved since then.

implants are no panacea for tooth loss; if, for instance, if they have been angled into your gums, as two of mine were, supposedly to not impact the sinus cavities, the overdonture will not fit no matter how the apertures are formed...to say nothing of how those apertures widen with use and the denture bounces around if in the upper gum...
