McCabe has indicated that, if charged, he would claim the Justice Department was under pressure from the White House. Federal prosecutors in Washington have recommended that criminal charges be filed against Andrew McCabe, the FBI’s former deputy director, and the Justice Department has rejected a last-ditch appeal by McCabe’s lawyers, according to a report on Thursday by Fox News. This clears the way for what appears to be McCabe’s imminent indictment.

With respect to the District of Corruption, a new rule is needed. Prosecutors should be able to file a motion for a change of venue to ensure a fair and impartial prosecution.

I’m not 100% sure on this, but I think charges of sedition or treason can be tried by military court. If so, I think that’s the DOJ’s trump card (no pun intended). I think that’s what the end game is - to indict Comey and Brennan and all the way up to Obama with treason. That can be tried by the military, so they can’t count on a left leaning D.C. jury to let them off. They’re trying to get a few lower level conspirators like McCabe to turn on them to make it air tight. As bad as McCabe is, he didn’t suddenly go rogue and do this on his own. He was taking orders.

Trump and the Trump campaign have nothing to do with McCabe’s alleged perjury.

His wife is listed as a Democrat.

Maybe that is why they got the US Attorney in Connecticut (Durham) looking at FISA abuse. But that’s what I thought about Huber too.
Charlie Brown never learns and Lucy never tires of deceiving him. McCabe has indicated that he will implicate others. This will not happen. His suicide note has already been written. The corruption is so extensive that it cannot be revealed. Can you image the civil unrest if Obama was indicted? This cancer has metastasize to a point where there is no cure.
