I’m not 100% sure on this, but I think charges of sedition or treason can be tried by military court. If so, I think that’s the DOJ’s trump card (no pun intended). I think that’s what the end game is - to indict Comey and Brennan and all the way up to Obama with treason. That can be tried by the military, so they can’t count on a left leaning D.C. jury to let them off. They’re trying to get a few lower level conspirators like McCabe to turn on them to make it air tight. As bad as McCabe is, he didn’t suddenly go rogue and do this on his own. He was taking orders.
Except for the fact that none of them are guilty of that, it's a great idea.
