Representative Tulsi Gabbard (D., Hawaii) derided her fellow Democratic presidential candidates during a recent interview for embracing permissive immigration policies, accusing them of support for “open borders.”
Asked if she believes “open borders” is a fair descriptor of the positions embraced by her Democratic primary opponents, Gabbard told YouTube host Dave Rubin that it was an accurate label and dismissed the oft-repeated Democratic rejoinder that conservatives use the phrase to tar their political adversaries.
“I don’t support open borders. Without secure borders, we don’t really have a country,” she said. “And while some of the other Democratic candidates will say ‘well, open borders that’s a conservative argument and that’s not really what’s being advocated for’ — if you look at the practical implications of some of the things they’re advocating for, it is essentially open borders.”

She’s right... Open Borders is now “official” ‘RAT doctrine. Maybe they can open their 2020 convention by playing “The Internationale”?

Rubio only voted for ONE amnesty, Flimsey Grahamnesty has voted for amnesty THREE times.
Until the hostile takeover of the GOP by Donald Trump, the GOP had the exact same policy.
Sanctuary cities? Abolish ICE? I don't think so.
And though I don't want to say it, how much has Trump actually changed.

She is not for the 2A, wants rifle bans, etc. No way do I trust her.
She's really the canary in the coal mine for the radicalization of the Dems. She's female, a war vet, attractive, well-spoken, and liberal on most social/economic issues. She should be the perfect candidate for them. But she's polling at only 1-2%.
She's unacceptable to that party because of their obsession with intersectionality -- the idea that every minority interest group/subgroup must support the agenda of every other subgroup, even if their agenda seems completely unrelated. So because she's against illegal immigration, she is out. Dissent on even one of those issues is a disqualifier.
The Democrat Party is controlled lock, stock, and barrel by the hard left.
Even though I strongly disagree with her on most issues, she is awfully nice to look at.

I’m trying not to be too cynical about Rep. Gabbard, if for no other reason than there simply has to be a small group of what I call “old-fashioned liberals” who might constitute the core of a loyal opposition ... after we send the mental patients to exile in Greenland.

Well there’s a rarity...a semi-hot/ attractive democrat woman with a couple of molecules of brain tissue. Fatally flawed though...still a democrat.
