The National Rifle Association sued San Francisco on Monday over the city's recent declaration that the gun-rights lobby is a "domestic terrorist organization."
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, accuses city officials of violating the gun lobby's free speech rights for political reasons and says the city is seeking to blacklist anyone associated with the NRA. It asks the court to step in "to instruct elected officials that freedom of speech means you cannot silence or punish those with whom you disagree."

If that doesn’t work, slam them with a RICO statute. After all, they support sanctuary for illegals too and giving voting rights to felons.
The first question that came to mind when I heard about the SF terrorist declaration was whether they could be sued.
Glad to see that they can be and are being sued.
Does this mean that any NRA member can be arrested for supporting terrorism?

Definitely a First Amendment issue.
Government can’t be telling legal organizations to “abridge” their speech.
Bet a better percentage of their own police department are NRA members, do they also consider them as terrorists too? lol
Then upon appeal, the Ninth Circus says “looks OK to us. Case dismissed.”
Another case of projection.
SF’s sanctuary policies enable the actual terrorists.
The City will be hung with the fees and fines if there are any. The Supervisors should be culpable for their decision and financially responsible but they will get off the hook and the taxpayers will foot the bill.
