So if you are just using it for nicotine and don’t modify it doesn’t it make sense that it would still make you more susceptible to cancer?

I don’t think nicotine is itself a carcinogen. It does however increase blood pressure and heart rate. I think the real danger is from the trace materials in the liquid.

I believes that nicotine itself does not cause cancer. It causes heart disease. I think the cancer is caused by the tars in the tobacco. As far as I know vape juice is tar free. By the way, I am a long time ex-smoker and do not vape nicotine.
