I have to inhale very lightly in order not to get too much of a hit. These idiots that generate a cloud of smoke deserve what they get.
I tried them when my husband did, and I couldn’t use them. But I’ve never really inhaled; and the nicotine gum has saved me many years of smoking. It just takes some concentration for the first week or so.
