Todd Palin appears to have filed for divorce from former Alaska governor and one-time vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, his wife of 31 years.
In a document filed Friday in Anchorage Superior Court, Todd Palin, 55, asked to dissolve the marriage, citing an “incompatibility of temperament between the parties such that they find it impossible to live together as husband and wife.”
The divorce filing uses initials rather than full names, but identifies the couple’s marriage date and the birth date of their only child who is a minor, Trig Palin. The filing asks for joint legal custody of the child.

Todd has lived with her for 31 years. I think he knows what he’s doing.
Regardless how the media reports or either of them say, if they do at all, it only takes ‘one’ to break a marriage who basically just says they don’t want to do this anymore...and eventually the other finally just accepts/agrees to the reality. Their reasons really aren’t significant to the fact it’s over.
I don’t buy Palins rise nor her Hollywood adventures played any part, they are well beyond that time. Whatever the reasons they’re in their 50’s and not unusual for couples to hit a wall once the kids are grown on where they go from there. It takes a certain amount of wisdom to navigate that time....and even when they stay together it can end up a lifeless marriage. we’ve all seen those type of couples out eating and barely sharing a word with each other.

Sorry to hear this. Hope they reconsider and go for some counseling with their pastor or another Christian-based marriage counselor. Will be praying for them.
Hmmmmm.......sad. With so many kids and grandkids involved, they should do EVERYTHING possible to heal their marriage and stay together.

McCain seemed to know from the beginning that he was the designated loser to the first black American prez.
It was probably of great help to the universal handlers (globalists, all) that McCain selected an unprepared Palin, with a new Downes baby, to use as red meat for the rubes, while the outcome was already known, and the cabal could play the Republicans with hope, blame conservatives like Palin, for the loss, while they installed Obama for the Collapsing of America.
Glad someone agrees lol. Mc Cain didn’t want to win. He knew after Obama would come Hillary wanting a turn. He was just a place holder like Bernie ended up being.

Can’t even begin to imagine the pressure they’ve been under since 2006. Normal human beings couldn’t withstand it. What was done to that family was EVIL.
I don’t think that will happen at this point. Given the weak sister in Arizona in McQueeg’s seat, the best for Palin (and poetic justice) would’ve been to have taken it and restored some dignity back to that office that he so flagrantly tarnished.
