The New York Times may say that America is the land of land grabs, enslavement, rape and genocide, but oppressed people around the world know better. Earlier today in Hong Kong, demonstrators marched to the American embassy, waving American flags and calling on President Trump to support them in their fight for the freedoms that were promised when China reclaimed possession of the territory:
Sundays crowd waved US flags and chanted pleas for the US to liberate Hong Kong from China.
They are asking the US to pass a proposed Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act The law would require the US to certify Hong Kongs high degree of autonomy on an annual basis to justify its special trade status. It could also expose Chinese officials to US sanctions if they were found responsible for suppressing Hong Kongs freedoms.
\More from the London Times:
Tens of thousands of demonstrators marched to the US consulate in Hong Kong yesterday appealing for help from President Trump in their campaign against the increasingly heavy hand of Beijing.
The marchers waved American flags and chanted Fight for freedom! Stand with Hong Kong! as they presented a petition to consulate staff.
One of the Obama administrations many low moments was when it failed to support, even rhetorically, pro-Western demonstrators in Iran who sought American help in their campaign to rid their country of the mullahs. But then, as we later learned, Obama was on the side of the mullahs. I am pretty sure Trump is not on the side of the Red Chinese.

So many here were so negative about us doing ANYTHING to help.
China is a beast, it seems, that should make us tremble in our Made In China boots.
But it’s a LONG way from doing nothing to all out war.
TRY and include a provision for Hong Kong as part of the trade deal.
I didn’t say make or break the deal based on it. But President Trump, whom we have so much faith in, except on this issue it seems, can try.
“There is NOTHING we can do about CHINA (USSR)!!
Thank God Reagan didn’t think that way. I certainly did at 16 when his second term happened.
But by then I should have known miracles can happen.
But to keep/regain our freedom and independence from totalitarian government, WE MUST be the HOME OF THE BRAVE.
Those protesters in Hong Kong are more American than the entire Rat party and their crazy left minions.
MUCH, MUCH, MUCH more.
The Rats HATE what they’re seeing.
Think about that.
That Hogg #### (if there is a God he will give me strength one last time like Sampson and let me meet this little ####), all dem congress people, obama, hillary and bill, every dem nut running for president and a very large majority of those voting dem HATE what they are seeing.
So much love for a country and what it stands for.
It’s an INCREDIBLE thing to behold.
And a big part of it is having a president that people who WANT TO BE FREE do see as the beacon of light in the world.
And that’s incredible and great.
Those protesters in Hong Kong are more American than the entire Rat party and their crazy left minions.
...
Right!!!

I don’t hear them singing Oh Canada. I don’t hear them singing God Save the Queen. I don’t hear them seeing whatever Russian motherland or Venezuelan national anthem or the Chinese National Anthem know they are singing our national anthem.
That says a lot.
I heard them sing the National Anthem on YouTube. Warms my heart.
Its a former British Colony. Why arent they asking them for help?
And a few others learned, or already knew, all Democrats are always on the side of the enemies of the USA.
