Friday on MSNBCs All In, March for Our Lives co-founder David Hogg discussed what he believed was the origin of mass shootings in the United States.
Hogg said, I think it comes down to reckoning with our history and our history of white supremacy in the United States. The fact that we live in a post-genocidal society oftentimes that was orchestrated by the United States government in that if we want to talk about mass shootings, we need to recognize the massive number of indigenous mass shootings that was conducted by the United States government. I think back to the battle of Wounded-Knee and the several hundred Native Americans, predominately men, woman, and children that were slaughtered by the United States government back in the nineteenth century. And how that is never discussed as a mass shooting. And that was wrong because those people were not armed, and we were stealing their land.

“Predominately? What other category is left?”
Trannies. He’s woke, remember?
When are they going to realize this is now not then. The last century was a warning, and it is still not being heeded. They hate Hitler, love Stalin, Mao and Castro. They all believed in the same damn thing, make the masses defenseless so they can be controlled, and eliminated easy if they refuse. More brains of $#!t spitting out garbage. Yeah, the early colonist were a bunch of SOBs, they broke treaties, but there were individuals that did it, not every person who arrived here knowing there were other opportunities. Gold fever had a lot to do with it. The industrial age required resources and there was more exploration to require more minerals and eventually farmland to feed the population. The plains nomadic life had to come to an end. I thought about that when I read about Custer’s end. He followed a large swath made by the tribes going to Sitting Bull who kept moving the gathering. Then it hit me! Thousands of native Americans living in buffalo skin tents, had no indoor plumbing. No wonder they were nomadic. It wasn’t all about chasing buffalo. But to blame the people of today for some things that occurred 100’s of years ago? I’d say look around you today in our present world, it still occurs and do the victims have any recourse other submitting with no means of defense? Hoog is a product of promoters, they are feeding him the lines. He will continue to be a puppet on a string for the left.
He said something like “can’t have illegal immigration on stolen land.”
He is setting himself up to be a Congressman in some very deep-blue district somewhere, because lord knows he’s killing his chances at being electorally viable in a purple district, red district or in a statewide election in the womb.
His ass FRom a large hole in the ground?
NOpe
retarded movies one and two are:
Joe Black
Master and Commander
Wow, forget student! I think Harvard should hire him right now as a professor of History and Law! And maybe math and nuclear physics, too, he’s so damned brilliant.
The Lakota natives were massacred when the U.S. soldiers came to disarm them.
The massacre is a perfect case study in why the Second Amendment is NEEDED.
My suggestion is to put the Pledge of Allegiance, the Ten Commandments and the morning prayer back into the schoolrooms of America.
And start teaching Real Civics and Real American History instead of the LIEberal LIEs that have been taught for what, two? three? generations.
Together, those efforts might just re-instill the RESPECT those of us born in the 40s and 50s had for our sacred institutions and the US Constitution!
The others were the 55 other genders
Maybe shootings are caused by single parent families?
“and we were stealing their land.”
Hogboy, you can feel free to return your family’s land to the indigenous peoples.
But to which tribe? They killed each other and stole land from other tribes themselves. Land and resources are among the oldest causes of wars and killing all over the globe.
Hey, he’s a Harvard man. He’s got to use lots of extra qualifiers and adjectives and stuff.
As opposed to?
In the 50’s kids in high school gun clubs would bring their guns to school and put them in school lockers - lockers that didn’t have locks. Yeah I know it’s strange but we not only didn’t shoot each other - we also didn’t steal from each other.
David Hogg’s world... can we assume soon he’ll be telling us he’s part black or American Indian - so he can wallow in what he imagines is the pity party of all time.
If Hogg fells so guilty about his Whiteness, suicide IS the sincerest form of self criticism. Just sayin
This stain doesn’t know history. Nothing about how “native Americans” massacred colonists in the period up to and including the Revolution.
I’m losing patience with people like him.
“Who ever gets advice from their kids?”
Remember Jimmy Carter?
Research the John Corbly Massacre.
Greene County, PA, 1784.
“But to which tribe? They killed each other and stole land from other tribes themselves. Land and resources are among the oldest causes of wars and killing all over the globe.”
“There’s not an acre of ground on the planet in possession of it’s rightful owner.” Mark Twain
Bullstalin.
200 years this wasn’t a problem.
YOUR generation is ef-ed in the head Hogg.
