Full title: RURAL KING SAYS IT WILL 'STAND IN SUPPORT OF AMERICANS AND THE SECOND AMENDMENT' AS OTHER RETAILERS CHANGE GUN POLICIES
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - While companies like Walmart and Kroger are changing their policies on people who open carry firearms... and in Walmart's case, the sale of handgun ammo another store says it is sticking to its policy.
Rural King said it will continue to support the Second Amendment.
...
Many rural Americans are defenders and supporters of our rights and the 2nd Amendment. We at Rural King are proud to stand with these Americans to protect and defend our freedoms.
While some retailers are bowing to pressures involving the selling of firearms, Rural King will continue to sell firearms lawfully in all our stores and online at RKGuns.com.
Hunting, camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities are some of our most treasured traditions and are woven into the fabric of rural America. At Rural King we are dedicated to living, loving, and embracing the rural lifestyle and carrying the products our customers expect.
We would like to thank you for shopping at Rural King and God Bless America!
Sincerely,
Rural King

Here I was wondering why they didn’t give the name of the so called “Rural King.” I have never ever heard of the Rural King.
I was trying to figure out who the Rural King was (we don’t have kings in America, do we?) when I should have known better, my son went to RHIT in Terre Haute. At least I still remember Square Donuts and Sushi Umi :-)
Tractor Supply, Fleet Farm, Farm and Fleet, and others like Rural King will sieze the opportunity, that’s what America is all about.
Wal-Mart is going to stop selling ammo.
I’d love to see just ONE major retailer advertise a 5% DISCOUNT for open carrying customers...on the basis that this enhances their security and decreases the likelihood of being mass-shooting target.
Wal-Mart is going to stop selling ammo.
There is a Rural King in our area. They resemble a giant Co-op with some extras thrown in, such as clothes, some food, etc. They aren’t a replacement for a grocery store or a WalMart, but they are a nice option. I go there periodically and have been very pleased.
It’s the perfect time to buy a RK tractor to thank them for sticking up for our rights an the 2nd amendment!
Rural king is also a big-time firearm dealer, and they DO ship guns to FFL dealers of your choice in most states.
I think RK only charges $12? shipping to ship a gun you buy to your dealer where it can be transferred to you.
It’s damn hard to beat RK prices on guns, and they have weekly special prices that are ridiculously low, like below dealer cost.
Never heard of them but they get my vote, and business if I’m ever near one.

YEAH! Wife and I LOVE RK. Free popcorn and coffee and lots of pro-America vibes. I’ll stand by RK, because they stand by me!
Rural King is in my town. Haven’t been in it yet. But need to check it out.
Rarest wife likes to tell people that Rural King is what you get if WalMart, Home Depot, and a feed store had a baby together.
you win the prize for Post of the Day!
an excellent marketing idea
I’ve been in them. Think of them as a Walmart specifically for farmers. I was in where they had chickens for sale.

It is a family in rural PA that enjoys rural living and doing rural people things like cutting firewood and hunting and fishing on their 100 acre hobby farm.
Family Dollar and Dollar General could drive up customer numbers and profit if they started selling ammo.
