This has been tried before. I remember back in 1979, when Skylab’s orbit was decaying, some psychics got on the radio and told everybody listening to concentrate on Skylab, and think about pushing America’s first space station back into space. I’ll admit that at the time, I thought about Skylab falling anyway, and I was the one who got my wish. A week or two later, most of it crashed into the Indian Ocean south of Australia, except for a few chunks of the station that landed in the Outback near Kalgoorlie.
