I’m wonderin’ why the crew was able to jump overboard, but the passengers were not.
Something doesn’t add up.
The four bodies recovered initially had injuries consistent with drowning, Kroll said.
...
I wonder if those four managed to escape the fire and jump in the water.
I’m betting on a fuel or propane leak and a random source of ignition. Would have happened very quickly.
20 yards from shore? Thats only 60 feet, thats in the breakers...theres no way they were just 20 yards from shore. Why jump into a dinghy, thats an extremely short swim, half a minute or less.
That is insane!
No way of knowing if this was true or not, but a poster on Instagram said he knew and has talked to one of the crew members.
The crew member told him they tried to save the passengers but couldnt, and that crew members had loved ones on board they couldnt save either.
Heard a recent report that the 2nd escape hatch was locked or blocked from above - thus no secondary exit.
