This is what it took to bring Wilber Mills down.

Comey should be held responsible and charged for every penny spent by the investigation. Those that the FBI targeted should sue him into oblivion.

I get it man...I certainly get it. Cannot fully disagree.

I am hopeful. I want to know if this conspiracy will be exposed. It means allot to me to know we still have some sort of legal structure that this government must hold to and be accountable to.

This all will be proof positive if our government has gone rogue or is there still an entity called the United States of America.

I am glad you called it a conspiracy. Hoax is much too gentle a word. It’s just one step above prank.

This is a good read on the Keith case. I just now bumped into it.

The Story of United States v. United States District Court (Keith): The Surveillance Power
Columbia Public Law Research Paper No. 08-189
Trevor W. Morrison New York University School of Law
November 20, 2008

FISA was expanded in the wake of 9/11/2001, but mostly in the areas of bulk data collection (what Snowden revealed to the public) and national security letters, another form of warrantless snooping.

I'm of a mind that Trump and members of his campaign were snooped with no warrant, long before the Steele dossier came around. Evidence of this is the wanton "unmasking" by Samatha Power and contractors for the FBI noted in the FISC opinion of April 2017.

-- I want to know if this conspiracy will be exposed. --

I think it will be. And I'm of a mind that "no remedy at law" will jar the public. The law is slanted in favor of law enforcement.

-- This all will be proof positive if our government has gone rogue --

That horse left the barn long ago. The feds are way out of constitutional bounds, on many fronts. The entity you refer to as USA is a region on the globe. In other words, "it exists."

And in other breaking news, the moon’s orbiting satellite Explorer 69 has captured pictures of Elvis playing golf with JFK near the wrecked DC3.

Application for any federal search warrant, not just FISA search warrant, is “under penalty of perjury”.

excellent and worth the read for all...if a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich, they could have indicted comey blindfolded, and if they are waiting to charge him with something bigger they should not have publicly declined prosecution..under advisement or under consideration or no comment is what they should have said imo...incompetent or corrupt? what did they gain by announcing declination????BS

Gowdy said something about Comey letting Hillary off, back in 2017, I think. Something like, ‘There’s something really secret that I can’t talk about, but James Comey did all he could to save the FBI.’

Anyone remember that?

Nunez, at least, keeps these issues in the public eye. He has no power to charge, but he does have the ability to influence decision making by not allowing the issue to be forgotten. While I have less and less reason to believe anyone will be charged for attempting the coup, I continue to hope this is not the case.

Hey America, how do you like your Nothing Burgers? Are you getting tired of eating them every single day? You say they taste like sh*t and we are told they are the best government can offer.

Thanks for the additional information and link. I’ll figure a way to get at the Morrison article, though I am not fond of signing up to read an article. It does give non-sign up access but it didn’t seem to work tonight.

There is no doubt POTUS was being spied upon. I hope we get to the bottom of it, the where, when, who, with and without warrant etc .. and the conspirators are tried, convicted, punished.

Ok, I found the story on Gowdy about Comey. It was on Fox with Martha MacCallum.

The video is at the bottom of the page in this link:

http://www.newshounds.us/republican_trey_gowdy_gives_ringing_endorsement_jim_comey_integrity_051717#3F96bE4wqOE1pdbe.99";

From the end of the story:

“I have been a critic of Jim Comey in the past but he made the only decision he could have made with respect to appropriating that decision away from the Department of Justice and making the decision himself. And history will be a hell of a lot kinder to him than the Democrats were at the time.

MACCALLUM: I only take away from that that you’re suggesting that there were more entanglements between the Clintons and, perhaps, the Justice Department than everyone understands.

GOWDY: You’re very perceptive.
