Of course the government is capable of it, but they don’t need to do it because there are so many disturbed folk running around now.
This means there’s a social problem, which is that if you live in a society where you’re a white man and white men are attacked and ridiculed constantly, where there are none of the former emotional or social connections, where the only standard of success for men seems to be how many women they can trash - and if you’re a woman, how many men you can trash and how many abortions you can have - the more fragile of them are going to run off the rails. No government conspiracy needed.
All quite true and irrelevant. There are many ways to “go off the rails” that don’t involve mass murder. The same pharmaceutical companies with their billions who pushed to have every moderately intelligent male child put on calming drugs for non-existent behavioral problems, owns the government that makes your laws.
