The Justice Department inspector general is preparing to release a report on the conduct of fired FBI Director James Comey in the Trump-Russia investigation, according to a number of sources with knowledge of the situation. The specific timing of the report's release is not clear.
The Comey report is separate from a larger inspector general report on the DOJ's handling of the Trump-Russia probe. That report, sometimes referred to by Republicans as an investigation into "FISA abuse," is expected to be released later.
It is not clear why the inspector general, Michael Horowitz, chose to write a separate report on Comey.
Among other things, Comey has been under investigation for his handling of several memos he wrote memorializing conversations with President Trump. The memos began in January 2017, when Trump was still president-elect, and continued until April 2017, the month before Trump summarily fired the FBI director.
Comey's memos were, at the least, confidential FBI documents, and at most, in some cases, classified. Comey told Congress that he sent some of the memos to a friend for the purpose of being leaked to the New York Times. Comey hoped media reports would set off a firestorm that would ultimately result in the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the Trump-Russia matter.
That is precisely what happened with the appointment of Robert Mueller.

They’re intentionally slow walking all of this so there isn’t time to prosecute these people before the election. They assume Trump won’t be reelected and then everything goes away.

Joe DiGenova said on Fox News in mid-June that the Comey report would precede the full IG report and that the Comey report would be out by end of June.
Since then we have seen reports that Barr will not prosecute Comey for the memos and we saw Comey do a sort of victory lap on that.
People explained that Comey would be hung on the FISA abuse which appears to be coming out with the full IG report.
I would guess that the Comey report that DiGenova said would cause Comey to hire not one lawyer but five lawyers will be a dud. Hope I am wrong.
The full IG report is rumored to contain findings that all 4 FISA applications were improper. Presumably they were used to illegally spy on the President-Elect and then President. But I am thinking more negatively these days.
I am thinking negatively to the full IG report because 1) Horowitz is a career bureaucrat who got where he is by never engaging in battles between parties, I think about the only thing he is capable of is putting out a report that someone fudged a government travel reimbursement and then letting the bureaucrats in the OSC go get ‘em. Hope I am wrong.
Barr is not impressing anyone. But maybe that’s not in his wheel house, maybe that doesn’t matter until later? The only thing we can hope for is he’s not in it for the retirement, he’s already got that. So we can hope he has not much to lose if he mails a democrat scumbag to the wall but it will probably be a fall guy like Baker or Ohr. Hope I am wrong.
On the positive side, we still have President Trump and our hope is he doesn’t let the effing bureaucrats do their normal soft shoe shuffle But unfortunately he has to stay out of the fire and above the fray for optics purposes.

She’s better than any corporate news reader with exception of Sara Carter, Laura Ingraham, and others. She’s a homegrown next-door type gal that is sharp and does a lot of background reading that can save us a lot of time.
But she says the DOJ is sitting on an iceberg of information that goes much deeper than what we are superficially informed of. For example, the assassination attempts on POTUS by Rothschild-German network (Hawaii missile launch on return from Singapore Summit), House of Saud (Alaweed in Las Vegas with mass shooting as diversion cover), and a Soros backed assassination plot that involved the DOJ/FBI bad actors we are disgusted to think are still walking free.
All the above sound like conspiracy drivel but since August 10 (Epstein ‘suicide’) tens of millions of Americans have now become conspiracy theorists.
Katie lets Fitton rip on Wray about the FBI blocking Strzok-Page memos and other FBI memos but Katie then sharply draws attention to the memos containing evidence before a grand jury so it’s ultra sensitive and explains that it’s not necessarily deep state under Wray slow walking the Judicial Watch court-ordered document release.
But the thing that gives the most positive outlook is that Durham has convened a grand jury. We can hope he has and that means indictments should follow because why go through that if there’s no there-there?

Move most of the functions current departments are performing to the states (Departments of Labor, Commerce, Energy, Transportation, Agriculture, Education, HUD, HHS, OSHA, EPA, prior to the move of the capital to save the cost of buildings. Privatize the US Postal Service, Amtrak, TVA, REA, FAA, TVA Homeland Security. Eliminate the political operatives from DOJ, Treasury, DOD, Department of Interior, FCC. Develop and execute a plan for most federal lands to be ceded to the states in which they are located. Return the District of Columbia to Maryland so the voters there have the representation in Congress they desire. Give Puerto Rico its independence and revoke automatic citizenship for Puerto Ricans. Bring the US troops home from Asia, Africa and Europe. Put enough troops on the border to shut down illegal immigration. Turn the FBI and CIA loose on shutting down the gangs and drug cartels. Eliminate welfare benefits for illegal immigrants and offer them a one time free ticket to their home country. End foreign aid to any nation that refuses to take back their citizens.
Implement a 50% tariff on all imports for a period of 20 years to allow US industry and supply chains to rebuild. Not unlike the high tariffs between 1865 ad 1900 which protected US industry from foreign competition and allow the US to become the most powerful industrial nation on the planet.
Establish a national voucher program for primary and secondary schools. Allow parents to choose the school their children will attend.
Reestablish the WPA and CCC from the 1930’s as a jobs program for welfare recipients. Require welfare recipients to work for their social benefits or starve.

If DoJ attempts to establish a two-tiered justice system I hope there are plenty of Americans willing to March on Washington, march on their local representative's office, surround their local news outlets, etc. to preserve the Republic.
