If the US government advisory board had any familiarity with history, and common sense, they would push for similar initiative in US.

(Hint: I already know)

The Islamic conquest of India is probably the bloodiest story in history. It is a discouraging tale, for its evident moral is that civilization is a precious good, whose delicate complex of order and freedom, culture and peace, can at any moment be overthrown by barbarians invading from without or multiplying within.

Will Durant, The Story of Civilization: Our Oriental Heritage page 459.

At what point is the US Government no longer promoting "freedom," and is rather meddling or outright empire building?

I have not seen a single Hindu elected politician in Pakistan, but India has so many elected Muslims.

Thanks for posting historical facts, which sadly most are unaware of.

Our own invaders need tracking, arrest, and deportation.

The Indian government seems to be interested in preservation of their country. I wish I could say the same about the American government, (excluding President Trump).

“I suspect we should let India govern India.”

These are pearl-clutchers with an agenda. (Back in school, they were hall monitors.) Probably, it’s time to look at everybody in the government and figure out what, exactly, they do for the people. If the answer is, “I come in, answer email and get coffee,” it might be time to usher them off to retirement.

I was listening to a couple of Florida government employees in the gym’s locker room. (About six blocks from the capital.) One of them was incensed that then Governor Bush had asked them to write down what it is they did. The other guy answered, “A surprising number of people have not adequately answered that question and he has fired them.” The first speaker was aghast. He said, “You’re kidding! He can’t do that!” Too bad I missed the end of that conversation. However, I never saw the first speaker again.

The US government advisory board needs to be immediately de-funded and eliminated.

Are these busy bodies the Muslim holdovers from Obama’s reign of error? How India registers its citizens is none of our business. We can’t even count our own citizens without Leftist judges ruling against it.

Could be an awesome tag line.

"...we remain concerned with the potential abuse of the National Register..."

C'mon, just think of it as a common sense registry.

Whoa!!!!!! - stay out of India’s government actions. We don’t want them interfering with ours, and they don’t want us to mess around with them. It sounds as if we have another Obama holdover to be removed. They are like termites.
