Yes, I agree (to some extent) that gender is a social construct--which means that if enough fools decide that there are 57 genders then that becomes part of the culture.

But biology is empirical. No DNA test will tell you that if someone is "gender fluid and queer." And surgically mutilating your genitalia does not change your DNA. And the reason that we have women's sports is because of biology. (Besides, if there are 57 genders for athletic purposes, how does one find enough competitors for Gender #45?)

Law.com reported that the EEOC did not sign on to the Trump DOJ’s brief appealing that ruling to the Supreme Court last week, indicating the agency does not support the administration’s position.
