Yes, I agree (to some extent) that gender is a social construct--which means that if enough fools decide that there are 57 genders then that becomes part of the culture.
But biology is empirical. No DNA test will tell you that if someone is "gender fluid and queer." And surgically mutilating your genitalia does not change your DNA. And the reason that we have women's sports is because of biology. (Besides, if there are 57 genders for athletic purposes, how does one find enough competitors for Gender #45?)

Gender as a "social construct" or "grammar construct" was invented in the 90's by progressives with an agenda that included destroying traditional gender identities. A "masculine" female has always been a female, and a "feminine" male still a male. Don't accept the left's hijacking of language and culture. Find an 80's dictionary and under GENDER you will find 3 options; Male, Female and Neutral (or None). Doesn't matter weather you are talking about biology, plumbing, or nuts and bolts.

According to their ideology the women should cave but it is too big an issue for it to work and generally speaking women is a group too large for them to sacrifice for transsexuals.
The male female thing has nothing to do with gender. That has to do with sex. Your sex is what is binary. Theoretically you could have a compromise where people have to acknowledge their sex, but could then go on to have as many genders as they fancy, however I would suggest screw that; that’s further down that road than I would ever condone.
