Stanford University is pushing a separate physics course for minorities in hopes that it will result in more diversity among physics majors.
A 2016 survey revealed Stanford’s physics department to be one of the “least diverse” departments within the institution, and the university has since embarked on a mission to resolve that supposed concern, according to a university news release.

Stanford’s alternate version of this course, Physics 41E, boasts additional class time, as well as “learning assistants,” individuals with a “passion” for “education equity,” who are paid by the university to guide students through the difficult course.
The university says this modified course helps to increase diversity in the field because “students from underrepresented groups often don’t have the same level of preparation from high school as their majority peers.”

here’s what else happens with affirmative action it sets minorities up for failure when they pass substandard curriculum. A standard AA admit might be very successful at Cal Sate, the second tier CA campuses.

Stanford, one of the world’s best colleges for sure, has done some extremely racist things like this before...(including once one of its leading professional schools “reserved 100 percent of its scholarship funds for persons of one race” plus they’ve failed to rid themselves of some serious anti-Semitism problems on occasion, too)
In those prior racist situations, any reasonably intelligent and moral administrator could have prevented or fixed the dangers... but instead the university created or enabled them instead
Stanford is pretty obviously not as sicko as some other colleges are nowadays....but it does seem to exhibit a propensity to outright racism -— discriminationin the name of “advancing” racial sub=groups it happens to favor at the moment.
Just saying... that even the best of the best colleges these days can exhibit some absolutely reprehensible behavior, policies...colleges are prime sites for “politically correct” prejudices ... as well as, obviously, Satanic Islamic hate displays

When you hire a poor engineer you get NEGATIVE productivity. Because you have to take a productive engineer out of service to babysit.
