Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 86, underwent three weeks of radiation treatment for a localized cancerous tumor found on her pancreas.

The Supreme Court disclosed Friday that Ginsburg received treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

According to the Daily Mail, Ginsburg was wobbly after her hospital visit.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was seen leaning on a U.S. Marshal after leaving a New York City hospital for tests, DailyMail.com exclusive photos show.

The 86-year-old’s hand was held by the Marshal as she walked up the stairs into a private residence on the Upper East Side after her appointment at the Howard Laboratory at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital on Thursday.

Ginsburg is a three-time cancer survivor, beating colon cancer in 1999, pancreatic cancer in 2009 and, most recently, lung cancer in 2018.

She’s a liar by craft, so acting like a lawyer isn’t all that great a leap.

It’s difficult for me to have compassion for those who would enslave us.

It can be treated with radiation: “Stereotactic body radiotherapy for unresected pancreatic cancer: A nationwide review.”

Doubt it was SBRT, which is usually given in 5 days, not 3 weeks.

Its not a good way to go.

No, it is not. I helped my mother through pancreatic cancer. Whipple procedure that ended up being a full removal of the pancreas, radiation, chemo. She lived 9 months from diagnosis to hospice.

“On a more serious note,”

Actually your first point is very serious. I wonder if they are using stem cells or aggressive youth blood transfusions that are not available to many. Hillary seems to have survived longer than I would have thought as well.

Not to be a thoughtless prick, but how much compassion has she had for the unborn?

Steve Jobs had a very rare form of pancreatic cancer that allowed him to live for many years after diagnosis.

Steve Jobs had a very normal, treatable cancer that just happened to be in his pancreas. The fool rejected the treatment that would have him still be alive to this day.

I hope she lives to 120. I just wish she’d retire NOW and spend the next 30 years enjoying her golden years ... somewhere other than SCOTUS.

Can you imagine what will play out when Justice Ginsberg dies? Liberal heads will explode. Especially if it happens soon, this fall.

It will dominate the MSM all fall. The Democratic candidates will be swept off the headlines.

It would be amazing if President Trump nominated 3 Justices in his first term.

Doubt it was SBRT, which is usually given in 5 days, not 3 weeks.

From another article: "Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg today completed a three-week course of stereotactic ablative radiation therapy at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City," a statement from the Supreme Court read. "The focused radiation treatment began on August 5 and was administered on an outpatient basis to treat a tumor on her pancreas. The abnormality was first detected after a routine blood test in early July, and a biopsy performed on July 31 at Sloan Kettering confirmed a localized malignant tumor.

"As part of her treatment, a bile duct stent was placed. The Justice tolerated treatment well. She cancelled her annual summer visit to Santa Fe, but has otherwise maintained an active schedule. The tumor was treated definitively and there is no evidence of disease elsewhere in the body. Justice Ginsburg will continue to have periodic blood tests and scans. No further treatment is needed at this time."

Is it a metal or plastic stent, I wonder?

Pretty amazing how a prominent person like her can
undergo three weeks of cancer treatments and it
not be in the news...some newsies knew and played it
down low.

Just cause newsies know,
doesn’t mean you will.

Especially with the prequels to her pancreatic cancer, the chance of her surviving the fall are remote.

I have met liberal Jews who are convinced that something like that is just around the corner.

2000 years of horrific history cannot be erased by 2-3 decades of friendly overtures from evangelicals.

Her clerks do all the work. She is just a figurehead.

Actually that is the nub of the matter. Twenty-something clerks from Georgetown have WAAAAAAAY too much power in this country.

Thanks for the info. Metal stents are more common, but both are used in the bile duct.
