The taxpayers will be paying the mortgage, property tax, food/wine/alcohol expenses, gardening, maintenance fees, travel expenses to-and from the estate, Secret Service amenities, and per diem for the Obama's and guest BECAUSE THE COST WILL BE THE AMOUNT OF RENT THEY BILL TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR HOUSING THE SECRET SERVICE AGENTS. Thank President Bush and a Republican Congress for that boondoggle for ex-Presidents who should pay for their own security in the fist place.

Thank you.
The kitchen was okay and that bathrooms had nice timeless tiles.
Black, white and gray in a beach house is so wrong. Blue, gold and white that matches the water, sky, sand and foamy surf are the colors for a beach house. Their decorator should be shot.

Very drab. Wasn’t staged. At least bring in blue sofas. Kitchen really ugly imo, though I doubt Michelle spends time in kitchen.

The old estates on the north shore and in Newport had terrible kitchens. Not updated for decades. It was for the help and guests never saw the kitchen.
That round velvet thing they had in one of the rooms - was it a sofa? - I’ve never seen anything like it.
