So-called gender reassignment is nothing but a form of plastic surgery, which no insurance company covers. Getting a nose job is no different than getting a dick job.

Public humiliation as in days of old would do much to rein in idiot judges like this one.
If you follow the money, you will find the same people who finance the LGBT activist are invested in the hormone blocker drugs and services/businesses that assist kids in reassignment.
To make money you identify a need, if there is no need create one. Examples: Global Warming now gender dysphoria
To make max profit invest in marketing of that need, LGBT activist, news and etc. Convince parents to allow their kids to be reassign sex
Invest in companies that sale products to meet that need: drug companies and health centers
To top it off get the Government and health insurance to pay for it.
Results: A bunch of powerful people get richer, gain politico power and they put a dent in the future population.

It makes fiscal sense from the governments perspective. Treat them for mental illness and depression for decades or give them the surgery and wait for half of them to commit suicide, as they generally do. Let the savings add up.
I favor trying to help them get better, not feeding their mental illness until the despair is too much to handle, but that makes me intolerant so....:

Gender is not a definition of sexual existence. It is the role defined by people in our society.

This is why there is such a problem using the term gender when defining equality based upon the male female relationship and calling someone the false name of gender identity opposite their sexual existence. Therefore the court’s action of causing a government agency, at any level, to pay for sex reassignment surgery and hormonal procedures for low-income transgender residents is not Constitutionally correct as you cannot change sexes as science has not figured out how to create the sperm and eggs within a body to accomplish conception. Therefore, there is no such thing as a sex reassignment. Doctors are not God. There is only gender re-assignment and it doesn’t take a doctor to do that. So it shouldn’t be paid for at all unless the patient wishes to. Not my business.
